No cravings yet

But in the beginning of my pregnancy when I suffered from nausea, yogurt was my savior. My preferred brand is Dannon Light and Fit. My sister would probably balk because I don’t know how many calories or the fat content in it. However, Dannon is nice and smooth, not chunky like some others. I like the consistency and the flavors are all pretty good. My least favorite is Yoplait anything. I don’t like them, but used to absolutely love them. I am not sure what changed but we all change at some point, don’t we?
